The Pale-breasted Thrush, also known as "thrush", is a bird commonly seen in urban environments, but also inhabits forest environments. Measuring between 22 and 23 centimeters, its feathers are completely brown, adopting lighter tones on the belly and darker tones on the wings. Its singing is very rich, having numerous variations depending on each situation. It feeds on insects, fruits, flowers and even small reptiles. It can be easily seen throughout the Campus of Praia Vermelha.
